View this route on Ride with GPS - https://ridewithgps.com/routes/16570501

The 65 km route is a taster of the riding offered by the longer rides but lacks nothing of the challenge provided by the others, packing in a number of challenging climbs in the Charnwood forest area. Riders will be treated to an undulating route out of Loughborough that winds its way around the numerous quiet country lanes that criss-cross the area.

You will then head through the picturesque villages and country lanes around Thornton Reservoir before returning for the final push through the Charnwood Forest area as you wind your way back to the HQ to trade stories with your fellow riders.

A photographer will be on route to capture. There will be one feed station which will be packed full of drinks and snacks. Our feed stations stock a variety of drinks and sweet and savoury snacks.
